Johan Mina will be playing his football for GD Estoril Praia in the 2021/22 season. The 19-year-old striker will be loaned out to the top flight Portuguese side for one year. This was confirmed on Tuesday by Clemens Fritz, head of scouting and first team football.
“It is important for Johan to play football at a high level and get into a rhythm. Although he was not able to obtain permission to play in the Regionalliga, this opportunity to go out on loan to Estoril is a positive one for all involved. We are convinced that he will come back stronger from Portugal,” said Fritz.
