Werder to face Hannover and Düsseldorf on Saturday evening

SV Werder Bremen will open the 2. Bundesliga season with back-to-back fixtures on Saturday evening. The timings for matchdays 1 and 2 were announced by the Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) on Wednesday afternoon.  

Werder will open the season on Saturday, 24th July (20:30 CEST) at the wohninvest WESERSTADION against Hannover 96. A week later, the Green-Whites will travel to face Fortuna Düsseldorf on Saturday, 31st July (20:30 CEST).
