Joshua Sargent helped the US national side to their second win in a week on Wednesday morning. The Werder striker bagged two goals as his nation won their CONCACAF Nations League group.

Sargent set the US on their way to victory early on with his first goal. Jordan Morris added two more goals before the break and Sargent rounded off the win with his second of the evening.

It was America’s third win in four games in the CONCACAF Nations League. Their nine points from the four games was enough to them the group ahead of Canada and Cuba, meaning Sargent & Co. will take part in the knockout rounds of the Nations League in June 2020.
