In terms of Saturday’s match plan, Kohfeldt believes his team are ready to take on Lewandowski, Müller and Co. He also gives a further insight into his tactics: “The counter attack could play an important role in our style of play on Saturday. However, as always, we want to play our brand of football with bold combination play and maintain the high tempo in the final third to cause our opponents problems. Several Bundesliga teams have successfully deployed this strategy to break Bayern down in recent times. “We will certainly get the space to counter against our opponents on Saturday. It is also important for us to keep possession of the ball and to actively try to win the ball back,” suggests Kohfeldt for a winning recipe against FC Bayern.
