"The final contract details between the two clubs were settled this morning. We wish Fallou all the best for his future," commented Frank Baumann.

Fallou Diagne moved to the Weser from Stade Rennes in 2016. He made two Bundesliga appearances for the Green-Whites, while also contesting three games for the U23s in the third division. Last season, he was loaned out to FC Metz in Ligue 1.
