“We have agreed to let him leave. Jerome has been one hundred percent committed to the club over the last season. So we thank him very much and wish him all the best for the future”, declared Baumann.
Gondorf made 21 Bundesliga and two DFB-Pokal appearances for the Green-Whites, scoring one goal. The 29-year-old arrived at Werder last summer from second division side, Darmstadt 98.
