The Sweden national team managed to win their first group game at the World Cup in Russia, as they beat South Korea 1-0. Ludwig Augustinsson played the full 90 minutes for the Scandinavians.

In what was his World Cup debut, the Werder fullback put in a solid performance and didn’t let anything dangerous happen down his left-hand side. The 1-0 win leaves Sweden level on points and goal difference with Mexico in Group F, with South Korea and Germany both trailing behind. Sweden and Germany are set to face off this Saturday (23.06.18) at 20:00 CEST.
