Ludwig Augustinsson and the Sweden national team were forced to settle for an extremely disappointing 2-1 loss to Germany on Saturday evening. Mere seconds before the game was due to end in added time, Toni Kroos fired his country into the lead. Sweden took the lead originally through Ola Toivonen, before Marco Reus equalised just after the break. Augustinsson played the full 90 minutes for Sweden.

Despite the disappointment, Augustinsson and Co. can still reach the last 16 with a win against Mexico on their final group game. The game will take place on Wednesday at 16:00 CEST, at exactly the same time as Germany play South Korea.
