SV Werder Bremen will meet English Premier League side West Ham for two friendlies as part of their pre-season preparations. The two matches will be played on 28th and 29th July as part of the 'Betway Cup'.
The Green-Whites will play the first match against the Premier League's eleventh-place finishers on Friday 28th July at 18:30 CEST. A day later on the 29th, the 'second leg' will be played, kicking off at 15:30 CEST. The two games will mark the end of Werder's training camp in Schneverdingen, for which tickets will be available online shortly. In addition, tickets will also be available on the door on gameday.
West Ham have arrangements for a training camp in Rotenburg at the end of July. The two clubs last met two years ago, when SVW travelled to London and won 2-1 to win the 'Betway Cup'.
