Werder to play friendly match against Oldenburg

SV Werder Bremen will be playing a friendly match against VfB Oldenburg during the upcoming international break. The match had initially been scheduled to take place in mid-January, but it was postponed due to adverse weather conditions. It will now happen on Wednesday 22nd March at 18:30 CET in the Marschweg-Stadion.

“Both VfB Oldenburg and we are pleased to have been able to reschedule the match. This game gives the team the chance to play against good competition during the international break,” said Werder sporting director Frank Baumann.
