Last week, Justin Eilers took part in his first team training sessions, completing his first full session on Tuesday with the rest of the lads. WERDER.DE gives you a quick overview on the current personnel situation, as the Green-Whites prepare for the weekend’s game against 1. FC Köln.

Ulisses Garcia was also back with his teammates in training after three weeks out, as the Switzerland U21s players was struggling with muscular problems. However, a return to training on Tuesday was too early for Florian Grillitsch, who should be back with the rest of the squad in the coming days. At the moment the Austrian is training individually with Luca Caldirola.

Niklas Moisander was also training individually in the gym yesterday, as the other Werder players were out on the training ground, while Janek Sternberg stayed at home with the flu.

Alexander Nouri gave Santiago García the all-clear to return to training yesterday, as the left-back had to be subbed off against Hertha after receiving a blow to his eye, which left a slight bruise.
