Loan: Kleinheisler to FC Astana

Midfielder Laszlo Kleinheisler will be plying his trade at FC Astana next season. The 23-year-old will be loaned out for a season to the Kazakhstani capital-city side, as Werder’s director of sport revealed on Tuesday afternoon. The two-time Kazakhstani champions will also have an option to buy Kleinheisler. 

“We’ve complied with Laszlo’s wish of a loan-move, as well as the option to buy, meaning that we could get a good offer for him,” explained Baumann.

 

Laszlo Kleinheisler came to SV Werder after moving here in the winter of 2016, making six Bundesliga appearances in the second-half of the season The Hungary international, who has played 13 times for his country, was loaned to SV Darmstadt 98 last season and most recently played on loan for Ferencvaros Budapest.
