Things are constantly improving for the speedy winger. “He’s never slipped up, and gives his all for the team. I’m pleased that he’s been rewarded for his hard work today,” explained Frank Baumann, whose praise for the perseverance of the midfielder is valid by all accounts, as was manager Alexander Nouri’s. “Flo was ready to go the patient route. He’s built a case for himself in games and training sessions over the last few weeks. He repaid our faith in him with the goal, and brought us the win,” stated Nouri. 

But it’s not just the coaching figures of the newly-signed summer transfer singing his praises for his perseverance in recent months. Kainz had only been on the pitch a total of four minutes prior to the turn of the year. “He continued to work hard even when times were tough for him,” said countryman Zlatko Junuzovic. “When he comes on, he always provides a spark,” exclaimed Fin Bartels.

The initial difficulties that Kainz endured seem to finally be coming to an end. “It wasn’t going great for me during the Autumn months, but I’ve moved on from that now. I only look ahead to the future,” stated Kainz bluntly. There’s only one question of the Austrian in light of his recent form: When will he start? “He’s always a candidate for a starting place in the team, but he has to be patient,” explained Alexander Nouri on the 24-year-old’s hopes. It was an afternoon derby that couldn’t have gone any better for Kainz.
