Werder goalkeeper Jaroslav drobny has suffered an injury to his left wrist in training while on international duty with the Czech Republic. On Thursday, he’ll travel to Hamburg with his national team colleagues where his side will play World Champions Germany.

After landing, Drobny will go straight to Werder’s friendly against FC St. Pauli, where “our team doctor will take a first look at his hand, further tests will take place on Friday morning in Bremen. After that, we’ll know how long he’ll be out for,” commented Werder’s sporting director, Frank Baumann.
