A life without a smartphone - unthinkable for so many. Mobiles are also a standard part of everyday life for Werder pros too, whether it be on long away trips, on training camps or when they are off the pitch. We put one of the most important items of a Werder player under the microscope - what was the last picture you looked at? What was the last app you had open and who did you message most recently? This edition of my last time is all about Lamine Sané.
#My last call....was to my brother Salif. We had a chat about our weekends, when we both won. We talk on the phone a lot and meet up when we can too. It works well.
#My last message... was via snapchat to my brother (laughs). He sent me a video that was really funny and I answered. I tend to communicate a lot via Snapchat.
#My last email... I messaged my financial consultant. I usually only talk to him by email
#My last photo...was taken in Paris, I was there recently with my girlfriend. A little time away.
#My last song... I listened to music this morning. It was a song by a French singer called Hiro. I listen to music every day, especially in the car.
#My last ‚like‘ on Instagram... It was a picture from the win over Hertha.
#My last post on Instagram... another image from the Hertha game. It showed me going up against Ibisevic.
#My last used app... was Tribe, my favourite app. I know people who have developed the app from my time in Bordeaux. He moved from the USA and immediately had an idea for the app. It’s a bit like Snapchat but it gives you the chance to chat with up to eight people at a time. We use it a lot in my family because all of my siblings live in different places and it’s easier than everyone calling each other.
#My last played game... is called „4 pictures, 1 word“. I play that from time to time.
#My last time I turned my phone off... It was before the game away in Ingolstadt. My battery was already weak and I did not have my charger with me. So I wanted to make sure I could use it after the game.
#My last message in a WhatsApp group... It was in a group with a bunch of friends in France. We play Playstation together and organise it through this group. As well as FIFA we normally play Destiny.
#My last time forgetting my phone and freaking out... That’s not easy to remember. I don’t know exactly how but it was horrible. Luckily it wasn’t gone for long. I was at training and it was there I realised that it was missing. Ever since then I have always made sure to check my pockets and make sure it is there!
