Finally able to train without any complaints: these few days have fulfilled his wish for the last year. The goalkeeper is back and training with the team again in Zillertal and is fully enjoying it: “I am simply happy to finally be fully fit and have no more complaints. Obviously, It also feels great to be back out on the pitch. It is the most important thing for any footballer,” said Wolf, who was in good spirits all-round.

The keeper had to have an operation on his hip in March but his long-term hip injury now seems to have healed and the 28-year-old has been able to give his all in training: “You are always tired after the first training session but that is what training camps are for. It was still a lot of fun to be able to train with the other goalkeepers and Christian Vander again. They are happy, I’m happy: that is the most important thing,” explained Wolf.
