In a vital home game, Werder come up trumps with an emphatic 4-1 victory over Hannover, helping the Green-Whites to get further away from the relegation zone. Bartels, Pizarro, Gebre Selassie and Junuzovic were on the scoresheet for the Green-Whites today.
Formation and line-up: After the 4-1 win against Leverkusen, Skripnik adopted the strategy of not changing a winning team as he named the same starting eleven. The team lined up in a 4-1-4-1 formation, led by Claudio Pizarro who was sitting on 99 goals for the club.
