+++ New perspective: The final matchday of the season will live long in the memory of supporters. Key moments included the support of thousands of fans on the Osterdeich, the goal shortly before the final whistle and the scenes of jubilation on the pitch after the game. All of these aspects will go down in history. WERDER.TV has produced a new "Fan Tribute," which lets you relive the events that happened on 14th May. The video is a collection of private video material shot by SVW fans. The end-product is an emotional recap on a memorable run-in to the season.+++

+++DFL to announce schedule at end of June: Next season’s fixture list will be unveiled by the DFL on Wednesday, 29th June. Who will Werder face on the opening matchday? Will the Green-Whites have a home match on the final weekend? And most importantly: When will the northern derby take place? All these questions will be answered via spielplan.bundesliga.de.+++

+++ Big in Japan: Jannik Vestergaard has a sad look on his face. Understandable, as the 1.98 meters tall Dane is currently travelling through Japan with his national team for the Kirin Cup and seems to have trouble finding a shower that will accommodate his height, as he funnily reported via an Instagram post.+++

+++ Former Bremen players now train Hannover's youth teams: Mike Barten and Christoph Dabrowski will work as youth team coaches at Hannover 96 next season. 43-year-old Barten, who last season worked for the relegated side as a U16 coach will take over the U21s. Christoph Dabrowski meanwhile will become the U19 manager. Daniel Stendel, who had been in charge of the U19 side previously, has become the club's first team coach and hands over the coaching position to the former Werder player.+++
