SV Werder Bremen and Thomas Eichin have reached an agreement regarding the termination of his existing contract. Originally set to run until 30.06.2018, it has now been altered to come to an end on 30.06.2016. Marco Bode, chairman of the supervisory board, confirmed the news on Wednesday. Details on the agreement reached remain undisclosed.
“We held very constructive, professional and frank talks and have come to a satisfactory solution for both sides. We wish Thomas all the best for the future,” explained Marco Bode. Thomas Eichin leaves Werder with positive memories. “It was an interesting and special time. I would like to thank all the employees of SV Werder Bremen, especially those who I’ve worked with almost daily for the past three years. I look forward to seeing them again at some point,” said Thomas Eichin.
