Levent Aycicek will continue to play for TSV 1860 München in the coming season. Sporting director Frank Baumann revealed on Friday that the 22-year-old, who featured for The Lions in the second half of last season, will spend a further year own loan at the second-division outfit.
Aycicek played for 1860 in the second half of last term and helped the club retain their place in the second division. Since his move, the midfielder featured in 14 of the 15 competitive games.
“We’ve recently seen that Levent was able to acquire important game time in Munich and are delighted at the important step he has made in his development. We hope that he will continue to gain worthwhile experience at 1860 in the coming season,” said Frank Baumann.
