Werder make the early trip to Cologne

Werder are ready to make the journey to Cologne on Thursday ahead of the game on Saturday. Just as the team did with the training camp the weekend before the Monday night game against Stuttgart, Werder are travelling to the city early in order to prepare themselves fully for the against Köln.

"We will go there and have a calm atmosphere and concentrate on the game against Köln. That’s why we opted for the early trip. It’s important that we take the momentum from the game against Stuttgart and concentrate on what’s ahead of us," said head coach Skripnik.
