Sambou Yatabaré has had to leave the team hotel due to a family bereavement and will, therefore, not be available for the away game against Leverkusen on Wednesday evening at 20:00 CET. The Mali international turns 27 today, but will spend the next few days with his family.
"He received the news this morning that his father had died. We will give him our full support so that he can deal with this difficult situation. Our deepest condolences go out to Sambou and his family," said chief executive Thomas Eichin.
His place in the squad will be filled by Melvyn Lorenzen, who joined the squad around midday.
