Eren Dinkci is set to leave SV Werder Bremen on loan. The 21-year-old attacker will join newly promoted side and therefore league rivals 1. FC Heidenhein. Clemens Fritz, head of professional football at SV Werder Bremen, announced the news on Friday.
“We are convinced by Eren’s quality. It’s important for him, however, to get as much game time as possible. He has a good chance to do so in Heidenheim. We wish him every success there, even if not when we come up against one another,” explained Fritz, who emphasised that “Eren will return to Werder after the loan.”
Eren Dinkci came to SV Werder Bremen in 2019 from SC Borgfeld. He has made 25 appearances in the Bundesliga for the Green-Whites and scored one goal. He has also played 21 times in the 2. Bundesliga and 10 times in the Regionalliga North (9 goals).
