I remember reading not so long ago, how a Bundesliga coach or team manager (forgot which one exactly) asked Klinsmann about him, and Klinsmann said he is not yet there.

About Wood himself - he may not want to play for Werder's second team, when the alternative is to play 2nd league with Union Berlin ?
And being situated in Berlin may also be sth. he could care about ?
(I constantly hear how attractive Berlin is - sth. I can not understand, do not like big cities.)

But while you are here - I'd be interested to hear how US soccer (sigh! ) fans* see the US team's defeat against Jamaica.
