How do I return my order ?

 
To return the items your ordered free of charge please use the “DHL Retoure”-Sticker, which you will find in your package (only for returns in Germany). Attach this sticker well visible on the back of your package and bring the package to a German DHL-Shop or to a Deutsche Post branch.
 
To process your return as quickly as possible, please fill out the enclosed return form stating the return reason. The arrival of your return in our logistics center may take up to 2 days.
 
The completed return form indicates that you wish to exchange the item or receive a refund. Any balance on your account will be reimbursed to the account used for your order.
 
Please do not include new orders or reorders in the return package. To place a new order please simply use our Online-Shop www.werder.de/shop or call our call center (+49 (0) 421 43 45 90, Mon.-Thu. 9 am - 6 pm and Fri. until 4 pm, before home games Fri. until 6 pm. A connection fee applies according to your local telephone provider.).

I lost my return form

How do I receive credit for items returned and paid with a gift card?

 
The refund is always credited according to the used method of payment.
 
After processing your return, you’ll receive two E-Mails, including your new gift card data.
 
Due to security reasons, you’ll receive the card number and the pin separately. In case of spending more than one gift card on your purchase, you’ll receive one gift card ( card number and pin by mail )to cover your balance.
 
This gift card can be redeemed immediately for a one-time purchase or gradually at the Werder Fan-Welt at the Weser Stadion or online on www.werder.de/shop exclusively.

How do I make a complaint about a FOSSIL watch?

 

Complaint –Fossil Watches

You want to make a complaint about a Fossil watch? Here's how you do it!

  1. Download the printed form here.
  2. To facilitate the assignment and handling of your complaint, fill in the form carefully.
  3. Send your watch with the completed form and a copy of your invoice/delivery note or a stamped warranty card, to establish the warranty, to our external service partner: FESCO GmbH-Service, Gewerbegebiet Natzing 2, 83125 Eggstätt.
  4. Normally the handling time adds up to 14 days depending on the availability and delivery time of spares, which might be required.
  5. Upon receipt our external service partner will check if, according to your specifications, a replacement or mending is due and if your complaint is about a warranty case or a fee-based* mending.

*Prior to conduction you will receive a quotation, subject to approval by you.
