You can purchase our gift card exclusively at the WERDER Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION or online on www.werder.de/shop. Your can purchase our gift card to print out as PDF file exclusively online on www.werder.de/shop.

Give away what's really wanted! Whether for a jersey, a pullover, a scarf, or a mug with our Werder gift card or our Werder Gift Card to print out green and white delight is guaranteed. You can choose between several different motifs and add a distinct amount of money (round sum between 5€ and 250€) to your card.

How to redeem your gift card online

 

From now on we provide you with the opportunity to pay your purchase online on www.werder.de/shop with a gift card and a gift card to print out. Browse and discover about 300 products and put your items into the shopping cart.  

During checkout you can redeem your card under point 5 "gift card". Just choose the option "REDEEM GIFT CARD" and click on the "CONTINUE"-button. Here you can redeem your gift card. 

Just enter your nineteen-digit card number and the corresponding pin into the respective fields (both are located on the back of your card). By clicking the "CHECK BALANCE" button you confirm your entry. 

If your deposit is not enough to cover the amount, you can choose a method of payment (credit card payment, PayPal, instant bank transfer, or cash on delivery)next, to settle the remainder. The gift card can be redeemed for a one-time purchase or gradually at the WERDRR Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION or online on www.werder.de/shop exclusively. 

Please keep in mind that your gift card equals cash and should only be accessible for you!

How to redeem your gift card at the Werder Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION

 
From now on we provide you with the opportunity to pay your purchase at the Werder Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION (Franz-Böhmert-Str. 5a, 28203 Bremen, Germany) with a gift card and a gift card to print out.
 
Browse and discover about 300 items on two floors and collect your purchase on site. To redeem your card and a gift card to print out - just show the card before payment process to our staff at the checkout area. To redeem your gift card at the Werder Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION you need the printed version of the gift card.
 
The gift card can be redeemed for a one-time purchase or gradually at the WERDER Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION or online on www.werder.de/shop only.
 
If your deposit is not enough to cover the amount, you can choose several options (Maestro, credit card payment, or cash payment) to settle the remainder.
 
Please keep in mind that your gift card equals cash and should only be accessible for you!

How do I receive credit for items returned and paid with a gift card?

 
The refund is always credited according to the used method of payment.
 
After processing your return, you’ll receive two E-Mails, including your new gift card data.
 
Due to security reasons, you’ll receive the card number and the pin separately. In case of spending more than one gift card on your purchase, you’ll receive one gift card ( card number and pin by mail )to cover your balance.
 
This gift card can be redeemed immediately for a one-time purchase or gradually at the Werder Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION or online on www.werder.de/shop exclusively.

These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of a Werder gift card in addition to the valid General Terms and Conditions of Business of the Werder Bremen Fan-Service GmbH.

Discounts, e. g. member discounts or discounts from special promotions cannot be applied when purchasing this gift card. After loading the card with a credit amount it can only be used for payment exclusively in the Werder Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION and the Online Shop www.werder.de/shop. The cards are not personalized and we do not verify authorization on the card.

Credits of any amount (max. 250 €) can be stored on the card. You will be able to view the amount charged in the Werder Fan-Welt or when ordering in the Online Shop. In the event of loss, theft or damage of the card, Werder Bremen Fan-Service GmbH does not accept any liability, insofar as the damage is not due to a product defect. In this case, liability is limited to the replacement of the card and the credit stored on it. The balance on this card will not earn interest and will not reimbursed in cash. We are entitled to exchange tickets, e. g. in the case of technological changes. We reserve the right to refuse payment with this card in certain circumstances, such as, for example, if payment is not possible due to a technical malfunction.
