General information about your online shop order

Register

Before your first order you can open your own Werder Bremen "account". Please click the "New customer. Register" button on our website, which you can find at the top right. A new window will be opened when you choose the first option "WERDER.DE/ WERDER.TV GRATIS..." In order to register, please click the check mark in the field "Register", and then click the button "Continue" at the bottom right. There you can fill in your user and personal data, and click on the button "Save and continue". This register data is also valid for further offers by Werder Bremen (WERDER.DE/WERDER.TV GRATIS/TICKETING). After successful registration, you can visit our online shop, and order products. Alternatively you can fill in your personal data at the end of the order process, i.e. first you add items to your basket, and then click on the button "Checkout". You can either place an order as a guest, or log in with your existing access data. A guest order is usually used for one-off orders, i.e. your data will not be saved and you have to fill in your data again with every re-order. If you have already received access data from Werder Bremen through a previous order in the online shop or another Werder Bremen offer, you can log in with your registration data in the right area of the window.

Find/choose items

On the right edge of the navigation bar, you can find the field "Search". There you can enter the item number or the product name if you are looking for a certain item. Otherwise, the navigation bar is also helpful when choosing a product. Every Werder Bremen product item is assigned to a special category and has its own page where you can see, amongst other things, the product specification, the price and the availability.

Add items to the basket

If you have decided to add an item to the basket, please choose your size and the required quantity, and then click the button "Add to basket". There you can find all the items you have chosen.

Delete items from the basket

In order to delete an item in the basket, please click on the small recycle bin behind the quantity. This item will then be removed from the list.

What is a notepad?

You can place items on the notepad if you are not sure whether you will order them or not. Please click the item and then the button "Add to notepad" (this button is located on the right side below the big button "Add to basket". Later you can move the individual items from the notepad to the basket.

Complete the order

Have you found everything ? In order to finalize your order, please click the button "Checkout" or "Continue to checkout". Then please choose one of the payment options and follow the further steps.

What payment options are there?

What does the description "Currently out of stock" mean ?

This product is temporarily not available, but will be in stock again within a short time. Please try to order from our shop at a later date.

Opening hours at home matches (the Fan-Welt is closed during the match):

How can I change my password?

After your login, please click "My account". There you can check the data you have filled in. Your password and your personal data can be changed by clicking on the button "Change master data". Finally, please click "Save" to accept your new data.

I have forgotten my password. What can I do ?

Click on "Login". There you find the link "Password forgotten". On the following page you can obtain a new one, which will be sent to you by email.

Order

How do I know that my order has been completed ?

If an order confirmation is shown once you have clicked on the button "Send order", you can be sure that your order has been completed successfully. After placing your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. If you don't receive an order confirmation, please check your email address and/or your spam filter. In case of further problems, please contact our hotline, phone number +49 421 / 43 45 90 (A connection fee applies according to your local telephone provider.).

How much are the shipping charges?

The shipping charges are mentioned in the following link. All kinds of shipping charges for orders from Germany and from abroad are listed there.

Can I add further items after the order has been completed?

This is not possible because directly after completing your order it changes into the processing status immediately.

Discounts

Can a discount be granted in the online shop ?

Yes, discounts will be granted to members of Werder Bremen in the online shop.

How much is the discount I receive as a member ?

You will receive a discount of 10% for products which are not shown separately. You can apply for a membership through the following link: Become a member now!

Delivery / Returns

How long is the delivery time?

Normally the delivery time takes 2-5 workdays (unless otherwise specified at the item) within Germany. Delivery time abroad might take longer depending on the country of destination. The delivery time for jerseys with a print might take 4-8 workdays (players’ print) or 5-10 workdays (individual print).

Can I return the ordered products?

Yes, products can be returned. Please note the hints which you can find under the category 'Returns'.

WERDER Fan-Welt collection service

Please procced as follows:

You now have the chance to pick up you order directly in the WERDER Fan-Welt at the Weser-Stadion (Franz-Böhmert-Str. 5a, 28205 Bremen, Germany).

Choose "pick up at local store/Fan-Welt" as shipping method. Complete your order. You receive an order confirmation to your email address. As soon as the order is completed, we send you an email to your email address and inform you that the order can be picked up.

Please consider also the followings details:

Please note: Jerseys with an individual print are excluded from the method of delivery "collection in the Fan-Welt. The reservation can only be kept for 7 days max. after receiving the email confirmation. A pick-up on match days is also possible. We recommend that you pick up your order after the match, as some of our items are not allowed in the Weser Stadium according to the stadium regulations. In addition, your order can only be picked up completely. So it is not possible to split the order, for example to pick up the scarf before the match, the cup after the match. You pay the purchase upon collection, without any shipping charges or cash on delivery fee.
