    Under the motto "Bigger! Nicer! Green-White!" the new...

     

    Under the motto "Bigger! Nicer! Green-White!" the new shopping paradise for Werder supporters called "Fan-Welt", located in the eastern part of the wohninvest WESERSTADION, opened on Nov. 18th, 2010, exactly at 3:30 pm. "It was our ambition to establish a world of experience where you can discover football in a playful way" explained Mrs. Petra Stelljes, managing director of Werder Bremen Fan-Service Ltd. On two floors with 440 square meters of sales area  in lieu of 100 in the past, Werder supporters can enjoy a completely new shopping experience with a product line of 300 different items. Besides the shopping experience the Fan-Welt offers a further absolute highlight: the "-Stadionblick" where guests can enjoy a direct view into the wohninvest WESERSTADION from an observation platform.

    The Fan-Welt launching was a great success. More than 2000 visitors within the first hour were delighted, among them Werder player Clemens Fritz: "I haven’t seen everything so far but I’m impressed at first sight. The structures and the design have been improved in an enormous way. This shop is an enrichment for our supporters." 

    The new Fan-Welt idea convinced experts from commercial and trading enterprises. Consequently they acknowledged the achievement in the course of the competition "Store of the year".
    The "Store of the year" competition is THE award for innovative and creative shop ideas in Germany. The Handelsverband Deutschland e.V. (German trade association) honors annually excellent and innovative shops whose repositioning is dated back less than one year.

    At an award ceremony on the occasion of the 7. Deutschen Handelsimmobilienkongress (7th German business real estate congress) on Feb. 22nd, 2011 in Berlin, the new Fan-Welt gained the 2nd place in the category "Out of line".

    The jury, consisting of experts from business enterprises- and institutions, assesses the shops with regard of their innovation level, their tangible customer benefits and their unique selling proposition. The assessment criterias are mainly the area, the shop design, the composition of the product line and the human being factor with a professional training or product staging.

    The new "WERDER Fan-Welt" in the eastern part of the wohninvest WESERSTADION – a must for every Werder supporter!

    WERDER Fan-Welt collection service

    You have the chance to pick up you order directly in the WERDER Fan-Welt at the Weser-Stadion (Franz-Böhmert-Str. 5a, 28205 Bremen, Germany) too.

    Please proceed as follows

     
    • Choose "pick up at local store/Fan-Welt" as shipping method. (Generally the collection service is available - subject to short-term limitations.)
    • Complete your order.
    • You receive an order confirmation to your email address. 
    • As soon as the order is completed, we send you an email to your email address and inform you that the order can be picked up.

    Procedure On Collection at the Fan-Welt

     
    • After you received our E-Mail with the pick up date your order will be stored for 7 workdays and then cancelled subsequently.
    • When collecting your order you need your order confirmation (printed or digital) and a valid ID or passport.
    • You do not get to the Fan-Welt? Just give a friend or family member a written authority.

    Please consider also the following details

     
    • Please note: Orders including jerseys with player OR individual flocking can take longer than normal due to the progress of handmade print.
    • The reservation can only be kept for 7 days max. after receiving the email confirmation that your order can be picked up.
    • You pay the purchase upon collection, without any shipping charges.

    • A pick-up on match days is also possible. We recommend that you pick up your order after the match, as some of our items are not allowed in the Weser Stadium according to the stadium regulations. In addition, your order can only be picked up completely. So it is not possible to split the order, for example to pick up the scarf before the match, the cup after the match.

    In this case we have the right thing for you: use the WERDER Fan-Welt birthday service for your child and enjoy all sorts of green-white gift magic.

    This is how it works

     
    • Ask a staff member directly in the Werder Fan-Welt at the wohninvest WESERSTADION concerning the birthday service 2 weeks before the birthday happens
    • Choose green-white favourite gifts there and put them in a personal birthday box
    • Tell friends and family about this box
    • Friends and family can choose gifts from this personal birthday box (provided with the child's name and date of birth). The box stays in in the WERDER Fan-Welt until your child's birthday. You are not obliged to buy the chosen gifts.
    • Be happy about all the great Werder gifts!

    • Generally the birthday service is available - subject to short-term limitations- Mondays to Fridays from 10 am till 6 pm and Saturdays 10 am till 3:30 pm (except for home matches).
