SV Werder Bremen will have Milot Rashica back available for the home game against FC Augsburg on Saturday (15:30 CET). The attacker will make the squad for the first time since recovering from a thigh injury. Florian Kohfeldt will have to wait and see if Ludwig Augustinsson will be fit to play after pulling out of training early on Wednesday.
A decision on the left-back will be made on Friday or even on Saturday. “We are still doing some checks on him, so I can’t say if he’ll play or not,” said Kohfeldt, who, aside from Augustinsson, only had positive news to report. Davie Selke and Niclas Füllkrug are both candidates to play large parts of the game, with only long-term absentees Christian Groß, Patrick Erras and Nick Woltemade unavailable for selection.
