SV Werder Bremen will have a new addition for next season: defensive player Felix Agu will join for free next summer from second division club VfL Osnabrück. The U21 national player has played 15 games in the second division for Osnabrück, where he also came through the ranks. The 20-year-old has mainly played as a right-back for Osnabrück, but he has also played at left-back.

"Felix is a young, talented player who can be deployed flexibly. We are delighted that he has chosen Werder despite other lucrative requests," explained Frank Baumann, Managing Director of Football at Werder Bremen.

Florian Kohfeldt is also pleased about the signing of the junior national team player. "Felix has good speed, a good passing game and as a full-back in Osnabrück he has developed well. We would like to continue this development with him at Werder."
