At the start of the new week of training in preparation ahead of the home match against Holstein Kiel, Skelly Alvero was brought back into team training on Wednesday afternoon, 06/11/24. Three Green-Whites did not take part in the team training session, however.

The Deutsche Fußball Liga (DFL) has today announced the timings for Bundesliga matchdays 13 to 19. SV Werder will face St. Pauli in the primetime slot on Saturday, 14th December (18:30 CET), before ending the year at home against 1. FC Union Berlin on Saturday, 21st December (15:30 CET). Their first game of the new year will be on Sunday, 12th January 2025 at RB Leipzig (15:30 CET). 

The DFB announced the confirmed times and dates for the DFB-Pokal round-of-16 ties on Wednesday morning, 06/11/24. SV Werder Bremen are set to take on SV Darmstadt 98 at the Weserstadion on Tuesday night, 03/12/24 (kick-off 20:45 CET).
