Bundesliga games
- Accreditation can only be granted following the filling out of the official DFL (German football association) accreditation form within the stipulated time period.
- Accreditation applications must be entered at least five days prior to the match day in question at 12pm by Werder department ‘Media &PR’ per fax at +49 (0) 421 43 45 91 530. Later accreditations (for example on match day) are not possible.
- With the signature and entry of the accreditation application, the implementations imposed by the Bundesliga and 2nd Bundesliga for the 2013/2014 (implementation regulations) season must be accepted by the applicant and secured.
- Non appliance of the implementation regulations by the applicant will be followed by the immediate retraction of the accreditaion. Further steps, including the future refusal to supply accreditation, are possible.
- All necessary forms can be found under the ‘Downloads’ section at werder.de “mediaservice”.
International games
- As a rule, by both home and away games, media representatives must leave their accreditation at the Werder ‘Media & PR’ department.
- The ‘Media & PR’ department will announce the accreditation deadline prior to the relative game. Media representatives can read the date under Medienservice.
- Accreditation applications can also be processed with out formula. Recommended is an application on official, headed notepaper from applicant in question.
- Work cards for away games will be issued at the away location during the final training session prior to the game.

- For away games, the host team is responsible for accreditation.
- Generally Werder Bremen do not require accreditation for friendly games but prior notice of attendance is recommended.
- For Regional League team home games, a formless accreditation e-mail is necessary. Applications should be sent to norman.ibenthal@werder.de at least a week prior to the match in question.
